How do I cancel my recurring bundle or recurring top-up?
We have set up a free Asda priority pass for you. Your free pass gives you: priority on new home delivery slots as they become available; the chance to book a recurring weekly slot for peace of mind; free delivery; If you have an existing Delivery Pass, your Priority Pass will replace this for now. The following day I got an email from Asda saying they weren't fulfilling reoccurring slots for between 19th December and 2nd January, and we won't be able to use them. We would have to take our chances of getting a slot with everyone else between these dates. I got an Asda recurring slot a few days ago, though I can't remember exactly what I did to get it! Try looking under Your account Delivery pass or Your account Recurring slot. Beware that recurring slots are not valid on bank holidays, so don't do as I did and book them on a Monday (or Friday)! Asda have also said they are axing its recurring delivery slots between December 19, 2020 and January 2, 2021. For deliveries over £40 Sainsbury's some one-hour delivery slot charges will.

Text 'ENDBUN' and the number of the bundle to 2732 (free of charge). E.g. If you have a £10 recurring bundle text 'ENDBUN10'.
If you have a recurring top-up set up on your account and you would like to cancel it: -
Text 'STOPAUTO' to 2732 (free of charge).
